Inter NPC Badminton Competition

Took part in the inter-NPC badminton competition this morning... Been playing in this competition for the past 3 years. However, this time round, my partner has changed. Last 2 years was with Yed... Due to other commitment that he has this yr, it was Hariz, who was my partner. Hariz was an extremely gd player... Oh well, he represented for his school. So, Yed, ur position will definitely be affected =) Padahal, I'm not actually gd in badminton myself...

Hariz & I battled hard in the competition. It was a close fight for all the games that we played. But, due to the team effort involving the whole unit, it was not enough for us to go through the next round. It's ok guys... Practice hard & we'll try again next yr (Every yr will have this mindset... dunno wen will the real winning actually comes)

Had fun... it was a gd experience. Getto catch up with the peeps from other NPC especially my FTO. It's been a while since I last catch up with him and there were lots of changes already. The last time when we were close, he was single. Now, he's married and has 2 daughters. How fast time flies... 

The best part in all this, I dun have to go back to work... TL said, enough man... hehe!

Stay @ home day

Today... I declare a stay @ home day for me. Basically, I spent the whole day today at home... Did some spring cleaning, reading, listening to the radio, watching tv and taking a short nap ... Doing all this, day turns to night quickly. Guess, I kinda of enjoying my time spending the whole day at home. It had been a while since I last did this...

A piece of advice

Once upon a time, when I was a single, a very close friend of mine once told me,"Whatever u do, dun get involved with someone's husband, fiance or boyfriend..." My answer was, "Of course not, I know how it feels when that happened so, I wudn't do it on someone else." Karma prevails... If u r the cause of the break-up in a relationship, people start cursing and swearing at u, which I believe when people speak it is a prayer. Who wud want someone to be praying something bad for u?

On the other hand, another friend mentioned,"Sometimes u need to get the wrong one in order to have someone right for u." Hmmm, think about it. 

These are instances whereby I've experience it myself... I hope it'll bring out some goodness to the peeps who r reading this. For those who dun care, move on... Dun say nobody had advice u any of these =)

Live Life

It's been a while since I last update my blog... Well, I've been very busy lately. Work, school and everyday life... Sometimes, I dun even have time for myself. But so far, so good... Been coping and adapting to all the changes that was going on. The support that I have around me had been great especially, from my luv ones!

Let me now brag about life... Come to think about it, life is short... gotto embrace it while I still can. I luv what is going on with my life so far. Everything is like going on well and I'm taking everyday of my life one step at a time. That way, I dun have to stress myself too much... What will I see myself in a few years time? Nothing of that... I'll go through all that comes what may.

I juz got back from Phuket recently. The trip was superb, awesome, absolutely fantastic and with dearest by my side for 4 days, WOOHOO!!! I had great fun. We did snorkeling, parasailing, eating good food, shopping, city tour, catching FantaSea show... Enjoying the sun, the sand and the sea of Phuket. The people on the trip was all ok gang, Rin & Radeen, I miss u... The whole trip went on smoothly. I felt that we did not waste any time at all while we were at Phuket. Fond memories there... will definitely remember it for the rest of my life. 

All good things had to come to an end... Back to Singapore and reality now. Exams coming... Work are all piling up, haiz... I hope I dun breakdown.
